IMPORTANT: Install this AFTER you've installed the main files

If you think the effect is too intense or too weak, open the enbeffect.fx from your GTA IV/EFLC main folder and increase/reduce the "float LensTexture". If you want less intensity try 0.2, if you want more instensity try 0.4.

Installation:
Copy the enbpalette.bmp inside one of the folders to your GTA IV or EFLC main folder.
